Acupuncture

90 Minute Session— $200 | (1 Hour Session— $150)

Let’s have a conversation to evaluate your needs as a human being. We’ll figure out your goals and start healing your body with a hands-on assessment followed by a take home plan that will allow you to amplify the results of your treatment.

Longer sessions allow for deeper treatment. If you are interested in addressing many issues 90 minute sessions are suggested.

Acu Tune Up Session

90 Minute Session— $200 | 1 Hour Session— $150 | 1/2 Hour Session— $95

“Thrown out” back can be treated in an hour. More complex situations deserve 90 minutes.

The short treatment will focus on a single issue & takes about 30 minutes. Excellent option for follow up after longer sessions or maintenance of beat up ankles.

New patients or New injuries or anything involving the neck need an hour.

Consultation

VIRTUAL OPTION or OFFICE VISIT

40 Minutes— $120 | 75 Minute Session— $180

A conversation of how and when acupuncture can be utilized most efficiently resolve your concerns. This session can be a place to create management plans for chronic pain or any issues that cause upheaval in your daily life.

Includes planning around: foods, tea, supplements, CBD/THC applications, eliminating toxins in the form of foods or behaviors, using crystals/herbs to achieve your wellness goals. Daily movement strategy and treatment planning will go hand in hand with preparing your first aid kit or triage bag.

Gua Sha (NEEDLE FREE OPTIONS)

30 Minute Session— $95 | 1 Hour Session— $150 | 90 Minute Session— $200

Gua Sha is a universal healing mechanism with a primary function of releasing tension in the body. It’s used to treat colds, muscle tension, chronic pain, and used to resolve internal issues such as mastitis, elevated liver enzymes, acidity and inflammation.

NEEDLE FREE OPTIONS

Any session can be tailored for needle concerns. No one likes needles but for some of us this makes Acupuncture a non option. Not the case at Anastasia Hall Acupuncture where entire effective treatments can be completed without using any needles. Or I can guide you through your concerns and make it easier.
